Svilla Bistro at First Camp Norsjø is looking for enthusiastic chefs and kitchen staff who want to make food a memorable part of our guests' vacation. With a passion for great food and quality, you will help serve delicious dishes in a cozy camping environment.

Svilla Bistro is our on-site eatery, serving lunch, dinner, and snacks with a focus on taste, quality, and efficiency. We are now looking for skilled chefs and kitchen staff to help create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
What does the role involve? As part of the kitchen team at Svilla Bistro, your tasks will include:
Preparing food according to our menu concept
Ensuring the quality of ingredients, dishes, and presentation
Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining clean and organized work areas
Managing stock and ordering supplies as needed
We also welcome your creativity in contributing to menu development and improving our guests' dining experiences.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for individuals with experience in the kitchen and restaurant industry, preferably as a chef or kitchen assistant. A professional culinary degree is a plus, but experience and passion for food are just as important. You are efficient, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality and guest satisfaction are key.
To succeed in this role, you should:
Have experience with food preparation, either from a restaurant, hotel, or catering setting
Be focused on quality, hygiene, and food safety
Work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
Be flexible and handle busy periods with a smile
Communicate in Norwegian or English

Terms and Conditions We are looking for chefs and kitchen staff for the summer season of 2025, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Working hours will vary and may include weekends, evenings, and early mornings.
